I’m delighted to be able to show the awesome Survivors of Suicide some support for their 11th anniversary (11 years!!) Christmas Fair.
SOS’s work is very close to my heart, both as someone who has struggled for many years from often quite severe depression, and as someone who has lost a family member to suicide.
I am so grateful and humbled that SOS exists in Second Life and blown away by their commitment to helping.
This year’s fair is packed full of lovely goodies, entertainment and competitions. You can find out more over on their official blog and Facebook page.

Read on for more about what I’ve made for the event and a landmark to the fair.
The holidays can be a really difficult time of year for many people. To reflect that, and to echo the good work that SOS does, I wanted to create an item for this event that can perhaps help spread a little bit of love and some good wishes.
This ornament pack includes a set of boxed ornaments and four single star ornaments all with copy permissions. It also includes four single stars – containing love, hope, joy and a heart – that can be transferred to your friends, or maybe even random strangers to spread some good holiday wishes.
Additional add-on packs of ornaments are also available separately which contain just the set of 4 transferable stars.
Both of these items are new and exclusive to the SOS Christmas Fair for its duration. Sales from these items are 100% donated to SOS to help keep them going.
I’ve also made available a selection of current store items for sale at my SOS booth – any purchase made there also donates 100% to SOS.
